1st Order of Business:
Jim Burgham stated that the first order of business is to approve the minutes from the meeting held on July 17, 2014. Hank Grover made a motion to approve the minutes from the July 17, 2014 meeting. Mike Johnston seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Motion carried.

2nd Order of Business:
Case #ZA-09-14 – Is a request by William Lightner to obtain a variance to construct a nine hundred sixty (960) square foot accessory building which exceeds maximum square footage permitted. Property is located at 2557 S. Hubbard Road, known as parcel #41-095-0-029.01-00, Lot 1. Parcel is located in Poland Township, Lowellville, Ohio, in a (R-1) Residential-1 zoned district.

Jim Burgham asked Lightner if the height of the building will be higher than fifteen (15) feet. Lightner stated no. The accessory building will be located where the shed is now. Lightner stated he eventually will put in a driveway to the building.
Jim Burgham stated that the lots are large and not crowded and the building will not look out of place.
Holly Grant asked Lightner if the building will be used for business purposes. Lightner stated no.
Jim Burgham asked if anyone would like to speak in favor or against this request. No one replied.
Motion
Mike Johnston made a motion in Case ZA-09-14 to grant the variance to construct a nine hundred and sixty (960) square foot accessory building provided the owner removes the existing accessory building. Hank Grover seconded the motion.
