Ruth stated that the letter of intent states what they are requesting. She also stated that they have two dogs and a three (3) foot fence would not be adequate.
Burgham asked if they are just replacing the fence in the current location with another fence. Ruth stated that is correct. The new fence will be a vinyl fence. Holly Grant asked if they are keeping the pine trees around the perimeter of the property. Ruth stated yes.
Hank Grover stated that the zoning regulation for a three (3) foot fence in this case would be detrimental. A six (6) foot fence is needed and does not detract from the aesthetics.
