Bill Gardner called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
1st Order of Business:
Bill Gardner stated that the first order of business is to approve the minutes from the meeting held on August 21, 2019. Frank Prusak made a motion to approve the minutes from the August 21, 2019 meeting. Paul Sherman seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Motion carried.
2nd Order of Business:
Bob Monus presented modifications to proposed language to Case ZC-01-19 per the Mahoning County Planning Commission recommendation from their meeting held on September 24, 2019. The Planning Commission recommended under Section 2.02 Definitions, Item 1. Miscellaneous Material, to add “private nuisance” in this definition, and also to add a definition of “private nuisance” to this same section (2.02 Definitions).
Paul Sherman asked Monus if there is a section that addresses inoperable vehicles, flat tires, etc., and if that could be cross referenced with Section 2.02. Monus stated that is addressed in another section. Sherman asked if deteriorating accessory/outbuildings could be added to Section 2.02 Definitions. Monus stated yes, that could be added to the section with the Board’s approval. The Board is in agreement.
Bob Monus stated that this is a public hearing and there in no public in attendance at the meeting in favor of, or against the proceedings.
The following motion was then made:
Motion
Bill Gardner made a motion to approve the modifications to the proposed language amendments per the recommendation of the Mahoning County Planning Commission, with the addition of “deteriorating accessory/outbuildings” under Section 2.02 Definitions, Miscellaneous Material. Paul Sherman seconded the motion.

Bob Monus stated that the Board must make a motion to forward case ZC-01-19 to the Trustees for their approval.

Frank Mazzocca made a motion in Case ZC-01-19 to forward to the Trustees for their approval. Bill Gardner seconded the motion.
