DECEMBER 28, 2018

                                                             SPECIAL MEETING

             The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of the meeting was to meet with County Engineer, Pat Ginnetti, about Poland Township 2019 Road Paving Program; this was a work session meeting.  The news media had been properly notified.

            Chairman Eric Ungaro called the meeting to order at 12:07 p.m.

            Mr. Pat Ginnetti led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call was taken and present were Trustees:  Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers.

            The session involved the planning of the 2019 road paving program.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 12:53 p.m., seconded by Vice Chair Wollet.  Voting yes, Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers… motion carried.

            No other business conducted the meeting adjourned at 12:53p.m.
