SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday, December 9^th, 2015 at 4:40 pm at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

Lidle leads in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Scharville calls roll call. Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet were present.

The purpose of the meeting was to go into executive session to discuss budgetary personnel. The news media was properly notified.

Ungaro motions to go into executive session at 4:41 pm. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

Lidle motions to come out of executive session at 6:02 pm. Seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, and Wollet.

Lidle motions to adjourn from the special meeting. Seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, and Wollet.
