SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of this meeting was to discuss personnel.  The news media had been properly notified.

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman Ungaro.  Roll call taken and present were Trustees: Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.  Trustee Lidle led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 5:02 p.m. to discuss personnel, motion seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Lidle…motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go out of executive session and return to the special meeting at 8:20 p.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet…motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 8:25 p.m., seconded by Lidle.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet…motion carried.

No action was taken.
