SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a Special Meeting on Friday, September 02, 2016 at the Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

The purpose of the meeting was to go into executive session to discuss personnel.  The news media had been properly notified.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Eric Ungaro.

Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

Trustee Lidle led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session to discuss personnel at 10:05, motion seconded by Trustee Lidle.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried. 

Chairman Ungaro moved to go out of executive session and return to the meeting at 1:15 p.m., motion seconded by Trustee Lidle.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Trustee Lidle moved to adjourn at 1:16 p.m., motion seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Lidle, Wollet, Ungaro…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 1:16 p.m.  No action was taken.
