SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on August 26, 2015, at 6:02 P.M. at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. This meeting was to discuss the road resurfacing grant and the media was properly notified of the meeting.

Sharville calls roll call. Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet are present.

Paul Canter leads in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Ungaro motions to approve Resolution 15-20 to go forward with the grant with Eastgate to apply for the various township roads. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Lidle.

The board discusses the sidewalk project for a few moments.

Lidle motions to approve Resolution 15-21 to file application to Eastgate for the side walk project. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Lidle, Wollet, and Ungaro.

Ungaro motions at 6:20 P.M. to enter executive session for the reasoning of personnel. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

Ungaro motions to return come out of executive session at 7:05 P.M. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro and Wollet.

At 7:06 P.M. Ungaro motions to re-enter regular session. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro and Wollet.

Ungaro motions at 7:07 P.M. to adjourn. Seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro and Wollet.
