                                                                              SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.  The purpose of this meeting was to go into executive session to discuss personnel.  The news media had been properly notified.

Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. 

Trustee Wollet led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call was taken and present were Trustee Ungaro, Kempers, and Wollet.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 11:02 a.m., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, Kempers...Motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go back into regular session at 12:09 p.m., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers…Motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 12:10 p.m., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes - Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers…Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m., no action taken.
