SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. 

The purpose of the meeting was to approve nuisance orders, gas aggregation program, personnel in the Zoning Department and apply to Eastgate for road funding.   The news media was properly notified.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman Eric Ungaro.  Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet. 

Trustee Bob Lidle led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. 

Chairman Ungaro moved to approve Resolution #16-10 Nuisance Notice, the address were read into the record.  Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle.  Roll call vote.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to approve Resolution #16-11, a resolution authoring all actions necessary to support the continuation of a governmental natural gas aggregation program with opt-out provision.  Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle. Roll call vote.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to appoint Jack Modelski as a part-time Zoning Inspector at his current rate.  Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle.  Roll call vote.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Trustee Wollet spoke briefly about the road grant from District 6, Public Works that is due on August 29, 2016.

With no further business to conduct, Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 10:25 a.m.   Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle.   Roll call vote.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
