SPECIAL MEETING

            The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Poland Township Administration Building located

at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

            The purpose of the meeting was to go into executive session to discuss personnel. The news media was properly notified.

            Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 10:11 a.m. Roll call was taken and present were Trustees, Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

Attorney Kevin Kralj led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 10:12 a.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet… motion carried.

            Present in executive session were Trustees Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet, also representatives of the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s office, Attorney Kevin Kralj, Attorney Gina Bricker and Attorney Dawn Durkin. Also present were Chief Goodin, Officer Velasquez, Sgt. Hanley, Officer Henderson, Officer Kent, Officer Lawson, Officer Schweers, retired Sgt. Abeid, police secretary Stacy and Kim Hanley.

           Trustee Lidle moved to return to regular session at 1:48 p.m., seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, Wollet… motion carried.

Trustee Lidle moved to adjourn at 1:49 p.m., seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, Wollet…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 1:49 p.m. No action taken.
