SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 2016 at the Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio. 

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss union matters and approve the environmental grant through Eastgate Regional Council of Government.  The news media had been properly notified.

Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m.  Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet. 

Ken Sabo led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Trustee Wollet spoke about the environmental grant for signage in the Township and there locations.

Trustee Wollet move to approve the Eastgate Regional Council Environmental Grant and pledge an amount not to exceed $250.00 from the Township towards the grant.  Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle.   Voting yes – Wollet, Lidle, Ungaro…motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 10:10 a.m. to discuss Union matters about personnel.  Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go out of executive session at 11:30 a.m.  Seconded by Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, Lidle…No action was taken.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:32 am.
