JUNE 14, 2022

                                                                                   SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 5:00 PM at the Township Administration building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of this meeting was to discuss township finances.  The news media had been properly informed.

Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 5:02 PM.

Trustee Kempers led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call was taken and present were Chairman Ungaro, Vice Chair Kempers, and Trustee Wollet.

Chairman Ungaro turned the meeting over to Fiscal Officer P.J. Canter who handed each trustee a fund summary and explained existing township funds.

A long discussion took place about the formula that is to be used to distribute the ARPA funds to the community. The Trustees are going to review the formula and vote on it at the next regular meeting.

Trustees agreed this meeting and discussion was very productive and thanked Fiscal Officer Canter for the time he put into developing this formula.

Ungaro moved to adjourn at 5:56 PM.  Seconded by Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 5:56 PM.  No action taken.
