SPECIAL MEETING

            The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

            The purpose of the meeting was to hire summer casual help. The news media was properly notified.

            Meeting was called to order by Chairman Eric Ungaro at 10:35 a.m. Roll call was taken and present were Trustees, Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

Trustee Wollet lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to hire Nick DelSignore and Adam Knight on the road department as casual labor at minimum wage not to exceed 30 hours per week, seconded by Trustee Wollet. Roll call vote: Voting yes - Ungaro, Wollet, Lidle… motion carried.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to hire Chloe Synder as casual help at minimum wage not to exceed 30 hours per week, seconded by Trustee Lidle. Roll call vote: Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet… motion carried.

           As there was no other business to conduct, Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 10:42 a.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 10:42 a.m.
