                                                                               SPECIAL MEETING 

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 5:30 PM at the Township Administration building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of this meeting was to discuss township finances.  The news media had been properly informed.

Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

Trustee Wollet led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call was taken and present were Chairman Ungaro, Vice Chair Kempers, and Trustee Wollet.

Chairman Ungaro turned the meeting over to Fiscal Officer P.J. Canter who handed each trustee a fund summary and explained existing township funds.

A long discussion about projects and the allocation of money took place.  Trustees and Fiscal Officer agreed to go over in detail the finances and spending in all departments and have another future finance meeting.

Trustees agreed this meeting and discussion was very productive.  Trust set the next finance meeting for Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

Ungaro moved to adjourn at 6:26 PM.  Seconded by Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 6:26 PM.  No action taken.
