The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on May 1, 2014, at 4:00 P.M. at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. The purpose of this meeting was to go into executive session in order to discuss union contracts. The news media was properly notified.

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. Roll call taken and present were:

 

Mr. Ungaro
Mrs. Wollet
Mr. Lidle

 

Trustee Ungaro lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Trustee Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 4:07 p.m. in order to discuss union contract, legal matters and consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of one or more township employees, seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, Lidle…..motion carried

 

Ungaro moved to go back into regular session at 5:20 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, Wollet….motion carried.

 

Ungaro moved to adjourn at 5:21 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, Wollet…motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:21 p.m. No action taken.
