SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday,

April 17, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Poland Township Administration building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of the meeting was to go into executive session to discuss personnel.  The news media had been properly notified.

            Chairman Ungaro opened the meeting at 6:01 pm.  Roll call was taken and present were trustees; Ungaro, Kempers and Wollet.

            Mike Day led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. 

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 6:02 pm, seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers... motion carried.

            Trustees left executive session at 7:50 pm and a motion by Chairman Ungaro to adjourn was seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers…motion carried.  No action was taken.

Meeting adjourned at 7:51 pm.
