SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday,

March 15, 2107 at the Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of the meeting was to go into executive session to discuss personnel and negotiations.  The news media had been properly notified.

            The meeting was called to order by Chairman Robert Lidle at 4:32 P.M.

 Cathy Stacy led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Lidle, Wollet, and Ungaro.

Trustee Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 4:34 P.M., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet and Lidle…motion carried.

Chairman Lidle moved to go out of executive session at 5:10 P.M., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Lidle, Wollet and Ungaro…motion carried.

Back into regular session at 5:11 P.M.

Chairman Lidle moved to approve Resolution #17-08:   Poland Township Annual Budget and Appropriations, seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Lidle, Wollet and Ungaro…motion carried.

Chairman Lidle moved to adjourn at 5:13 P.M., seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes-

Lidle, Wollet and Ungaro…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 5:13 P.M.
