SPECIAL MEETING

            The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

            The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the ODOT sign grant and any unfinished business. The news media was properly notified.

            Meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m.

Roll call was taken and present were Trustees, Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

            Present for Poland Village was Road Superintendent, Russ Beatty, also in attendance was David Bakalar from Fok Engineering to update everyone on the ODOT signage grant, a discussion followed.

            In other business, Chairman Ungaro moved to pass Resolution 15-06, OPERS Annual
Conversion Plan, Motion seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet… Motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 5:39 p.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
