The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, March 11, 2013, at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

The purpose of the meeting was to go into Executive Session in order to discuss personnel matters. The news media had been properly notified.

Chairman Lidle called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Chief Brian Goodin led everyone present in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Chairman Lidle, Vice-Chairman Naples, and Trustee Ungaro.
Chairman Lidle moved to adjourn to executive session at 5:03 p.m. in order to discuss legal matters and consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of one or more township employees, seconded by Naples. Voting yes – Lidle, Naples, Ungaro…motion carried. Present in Executive Session with the Trustees was Chief Brian Goodin.

Lidle moved to return to public session at 7:01 p.m., seconded by Naples. Voting yes – Lidle, Naples, Ungaro…motion carried.

No action was taken.

Lidle moved to adjourn at 7:02 p.m., seconded by Naples. Voting yes – Lidle, Naples, Ungaro…motion carried.
