FEBRUARY 10, 2021

                                                                             SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township held a special meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Administration Building, located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.  The purpose of this meeting was to approve tax advances for the County Auditor.

The news media had been properly notified.

Vice Chair Kempers called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Kempers and Wollet, Trustee Ungaro was absent.

P.J. Canter led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Vice Chair Kempers moved to approve Resolution # 21-08 Tax Advances for Poland Township.  Seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Roll call vote: Kempers – yes, Wollet – Yes…Motion carried.

No other business was conducted.

Motion to adjourn at 6:05 p.m. by Vice Chair Kempers, seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes Kempers, Wollet…Motion carried.
