The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wed., February 5, 2014 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

The purpose of the meeting was to go into Executive Session in order to conduct interviews for the position of Fiscal Officer for Poland Township. The news media had been properly notified.

Chairman Ungaro called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Trustee Wollet led everyone present in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Chairman Ungaro, Vice-Chairman Lidle, and Trustee Wollet.

Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn to executive session at 5:02 p.m. in order to conduct interviews for the position of Fiscal Officer for Poland Township and to discuss legal matters and consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of one or more township employees, seconded by Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, Lidle…motion carried.

Ungaro moved to return to public session at 8:00 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
No action was taken.

Ungaro moved to adjourn at 8:01 p.m., seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
