SPECIAL MEETING

            The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss road personnel and zone board positions. The news media was properly notified.

            Meeting was called to order by Chairman Ungaro at 5:07 p.m.

Tom Monus led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Trustees, Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 5:09 p.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet… motion carried.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go into regular session at 8:30 p.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet… motion carried.

            Lidle moved to hire Dan Kountz and Louis Mateo to the Poland Township Road Department as seasonal employees at $9.00 per hour. The motion was seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes - Lidle, Ungaro Wollet…motion carried.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourn at 8:40 P.M., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.
