SPECIAL MEETING

            The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.

            The purpose of the meeting was to discuss personnel. The news media was properly notified.

            Meeting was called to order by Chairman Ungaro at 5:05 p.m. Trustee Wollet led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Trustees, Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.

            Trustee Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 5:08 p.m. to discuss personnel, motion seconded by Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

            Trustee Ungaro moved to go back into regular session at 6:55 p.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet… Motion carried.

Trustee Ungaro moved to adjourn at 6:56 p.m., seconded by Trustee Lidle. Voting yes - Ungaro, Lidle, Wollet…motion carried.

No action was taken.
