JANUARY 15, 2020

                                                                               SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the Township Administration building located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. The purpose of this meeting was to go into executive session with representatives from the county prosecutor to discuss contracts. The meeting was properly advertised.

Chairman Eric Ungaro called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Vice-Chair Joanne Wollet led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call was taken all present were: Trustees Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers.

Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 4:30 p.m. Seconded by Vice-Chair Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers… motion carried.

Chairman Ungaro moved to exit executive session at 6:01 p.m. Seconded by Vice-Chair Wollet. Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers… motion carried.

No action was taken.
